I'm Marcin. I've been writing Ruby since 2013. I run a software house fryga and I'm a co-founder and CTO at nerds.family.

These days I ship almost everything with AI. It took a while to get here - early on it was more frustrating than helpful. Claude forgot context, code quality dropped, I spent more time fixing than building.

I kept at it. Tried different workflows, built custom tooling, figured out what actually sticks. Now Claude Code is basically my IDE.
